Placing an order is very simple, just follow the steps below and we will do the rest:
1 – Decide what you would like to order including size, Colour and any personalisation.
2 – Create an email using ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ in the ‘To’ field on your email platform.
3 – In the subject field, please title it: ‘Order – (your surname here)’.
4 – Use the freetext field to list your order along with a postal address and your preferred method of payment (see below).
It helps to give us your PayPal id (the email you use for your PayPal account) if you want to pay with PayPal.
5 – Press send!
Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t heard back from us within 48 hours.
Payment methods currently available are:
Bank Transfer (BACS) – this is the cheapest method of payment. We supply you with our bank details, all you need to do is make the transfer using your name as the reference.
PayPal – let us have your PayPal username and we will invoice you. As everything we do is for charity, we will pass on PayPal’s fee which is 3.4% +20p (6% for overseas customers), this will be added to your invoice.
Cheque – please make your cheque payable to ‘Black Rat Merchandise’ and an address to send payment will be provided when you contact us.
We do not currently offer payment by debit/credit card due to the extortionate fees charged by banks for such transactions.
We will acknowledge your email within 24hrs (operational commitments may delay this) and reply letting you know what your post and packaging will be. We will also provide you with your total cost.
When you have completed payment, we will get your order posted (or bespoke items ordered) and let you know it’s on its way.
If you haven’t heard from us within 24hrs, please check your spam folder as on occasions spam settings block our emails.
